Karel Capek "The Book of Apocrypha", Romeo and Juliette
I began to draw this illustration when I was in the last month of pregnancy and was already afraid to take commissions. Only recently I decided to close the gestalt and finish it.
In the story of Chapek, Juliet did not perish, but she married Count Paris, gave birth to seven children and was happy.
I think it's better to create another life than give your life away, even for the inspiration of the great author.
It is worthwhile to look this comedy, life to the end.
